Detailed description of transportation services .contract

In the spirit of mutual benefit .honesty, in order to promote common development .friendly cooperation, .safeguard respective rights, the following service agreement needs to be signed before the transportation of goods 
1、 Members are .allowed to send the following international express prohibited items 
1. Imitation of famous brands, brands (without authorization), .other suspected infringing goods; 
2. Medical supplies, drugs, fresh food, powder, liquid, paste, corrosive substances, .drugs; 
3 currencies (including bank cards, promissory notes, drafts, checks, bonds, .stocks); 
4. Flammable .explosive materials, military weapons .accessories, simulated military supplies .accessories; 
5 antique cultural relics, watches, jewelry, precious metals; 
6 gambling equipment, CDs, cassette tapes, religious propaganda, obscene .pornographic books, reactionary publications;

8. Other international express delivery prohibited items, products subject to policy control in the destination country .region. 
Our staff have the .to inspect members' goods under surveillance to determine .they are prohibited .restricted by the country, as well as to confirm the name, category, .quantity of the goods. The goods must pass through the security check machine 100% of the time in the warehouse. Once dangerous .prohibited goods .products under national control are found, our company has the .to immediately report to relevant departments .cooperate with them in handling the situation. 
2、 Cross border transportation .customs clearance 
Our company is responsible f.clearing customs .exporting the member's goods from mainl.China, booking shipping to the destination, .has the obligation to assist the member in customs clearance matters at the destination. We are also responsible f.handing over the goods to the carrier f.delivery to the destination. Members must declare the correct product name, quantity, .value when filling out the waybill, in order to facilitate smooth customs clearance of the goods. .the member falsely reports the product name, quantity, .value, ..the goods can.be cleared smoothly due to local policy reasons .are returned by the destination customs, fines .confiscation will be imposed, .any resulting losses will be borne by the member. 
3、 Cross border tariffs 
Goods arriving at the destination will go through the destination customs. .the value of the goods exceeds the tax-free range of the destination country .region, tariffs may be levied. Before mailing the goods, members need to budget f.the possible tariff costs (except f.tax inclusive service channels). .tariffs are levied, local customs tax receipts will be given to the recipient, .the recipient needs to pay the taxes themselves. .the recipient refuses to pay, it will automatically be changed to member payment. 
4、 International express delivery fees .surcharges 
Our company is a freight forwarder. Due to the increase .decrease in carrier costs, our express shipping fees .surcharges may also be adjusted. Real time prices are based on the delivery time, .any significant changes will be announced in a unified manner without separate notice. During the cooperation process, .members have any questions about our company's single shipping fee collection, they need to negotiate ..it before the goods are released from the warehouse. Once the goods are released from the warehouse, it will be deemed that the default charge is correct .accepted. 
.any fees are incurred, they shall be borne by the recipient. .the recipient refuses to pay, it will be automatically changed to membership payment

5、 Consolidation .storage fees 
.a member's goods in our consolidated warehouse have .been released f.more than 180 days, a warehouse rental fee will be incurred. Our company will charge the member 0.5 yuan per item per day f.warehouse rental, with a minimum starting fee of 20 yuan per item. .the total time exceeds 360 days, the member will automatically discard the goods; 
F.member goods that need to be returned after entering the warehouse, our company will charge a one-time operation fee of 20 yuan to the member, .the forwarding freight will be reimbursed separately. The packaged goods have .been released from the warehouse yet. .the member needs to change the unpacking .reduction of goods f.secondary packaging, they will need to pay a 5 yuan handling fee. Once the goods are released from the warehouse, the order can.be changed. 
6、 Measurement units .rules 
.the volumetric weight of the goods is greater than the actual weight, the shipping fee will be charged based on the volumetric weight. The following volumetric billing rules are subject to change without further notice. Please consult our customer service f.specific details. 
DHL、UPS、TNT、FED, Volume billing standard CM length * height * width divided by 5000=volume weight, except f.special channels. 
EMS volumetric billing standard: CM length * height * width divided by 8000=volumetric weight, limited to a single piece of goods weighing up to 30KG. 
International dedicated lines to Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, .Japan. F.general cargo, divide the actual weight by 2, .f.special cargo, divide by 6000. 
The international dedicated railway in Europe is divided into 6000 .5000 by air. 
The international dedicated line is sent by air to the United States .Canada, .by sea except f.6000. 
7、 The delivery time of international express delivery is unpredictable 
The reference delivery time provided by our company generally refers to working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, .holidays. We do .provide compensation f.delays that may be caused by warehouse explosions, weather conditions, .port inspections. 
Our company is a freight forwarder that provides consolidated shipping services .is responsible f.helping members obtain low discounted shipping fees to transfer goods to carriers. What we can do f.members is efficient shipping, .we can.directly control the delivery time during subsequent transportation. Our company will faithfully .responsibly assist members in contacting carriers f.negotiation, urging tracking .claims, .other obligations; 
Our company is .responsible f.any shipment delays caused by delayed payment by members; .the shipment is delayed f.more than 24 hours due to our company's reasons, a compensation of 1% of the member's shipping fee will be refunded, .a compensation of 3% will be refunded to the member f.more than 48 hours. 
8、 Insurance Services 
.you need our company to purchase freight insurance on your behalf, please consult customer service f.specific charging standards, .members can purchase it themselves. Purchasing insurance can only guarantee that the goods will .be lost as a whole, .does .guarantee damage to the outer box .its contents. Other customs factors such as customs seizure due to policy reasons are .covered by the insurance. 
9、 Compensation standard 
Our company is an agent, .a true transportation carrier. In the event of loss, damage, delay, .other incidents occurring after our express delivery is handed over to the carrier, our company has the obligation to assist members in handling inquiries .claims, .minimize their losses as much as possible 
After signing f.the goods, .it is found that the goods are missing .damaged, it is generally .possible to apply f.a claim with the carrier (such as DHL, UPS, etc.). Therefore, members should try to inspect the goods before signing f.them, .refuse to sign f.them. We should record video evidence of the problem of the goods .unpack them so that our company can apply f.a claim with the carrier; 
The carrier .insurance company is .responsible f.compensating f.damaged contents. Before forwarding the member's goods, our company will reinforce the outer box with adhesive tape free of charge. .special packaging (foam, wooden boxes, etc.) is required, the member will need to pay additional fees; 
Our company's compensation standards refer to relevant laws .regulations, as well as the regulations of various courier companies. We also refer to the official websites of various courier companies, such as DHL, UPS, EMS, etc.
